Please proceed to the ship terminal and drop off your luggage and extra passengers at the terminal. The car park suggests that if you are travelling in a group, that only 1 person takes the car to the short stay car park and the remainder of the group stay at the terminal.
Then proceed to the short stay car park which will be clearly signposted and look for a red flag where one of the PortSide Meet and Greet team will be waiting to take your car.

Agent was the excellent. Drop off and pick up of car was quick & easy - very efficient ! We were an hour and a half later than expected (multiple accidents !) but the agent rang to see where we were and waited until we arrived, even though we were well past their normal drop-off time. Thank you

Erroneously I thought that I had to leave my vehicle at the Ocean Terminal (we were sailing from Mayflower and returning to Ocean) and after a frantic struggle to get there (other cruise ships were leaving that day) I then had to return to Mayflower - so delaying my embarkation by almost 90 minutes. At least one of the postcodes on the instruction sheet I obtained from the internet was wrong - further delaying my arrival. Once in the correct location, processing was swift and on our return (arriving earlier in port due to a medical emergency) we docked at the Mayflower Terminal. Having warned Port Side of the change, my car was waiting for me, on time and the retrieval of my vehicle was swift and professional. I would most certainly use this service again and would only ask that the instructions be clearer concerning where the vehicle should be handled on arrival. Many thanks.
