Friendly helpful staff and very convenient location for terminal 3. Also works well if you fly out of T3 and return to T2, as you walk back over from T2 on the overhead walkway without needing a bus

Easy booking and parking process throughout. Website was easy to use and the emailed instructions on what to do on the day of arrival were spot-on. Greeted at the car park, and told clearly where to park up and what to do next. When dropping the car key off, another member of staff was present to help guide you through the next stage. Upon our return, there was no issue in collecting our key from the secure locker and locating our car - definitely what you need after arriving on a delayed flight! Mine was a "make your own way to the airport booking" so the only thing I would warn about is the distance to the airport using the sky-bridge. It's a good 10-15 minute walk to T2, so this may be tough going for those who have difficulty walking or may have a couple of toddlers and suitcases to manage (not a criticism of SkyParkSecure - just a cautionary bit of advice). Would definitely recommend and we will be using them again when we next fly from Manchester.

Easy to park although signage in places is inadequate (needs to be more obvious), road works in the airport make it more difficult to move around the airport site. For returning passengers in T2 always start from the Departure level.

On arrival, please follow signage for Terminal 3, then P10.
When entering the Drop & Go Express facility, your vehicle will approach the entry barrier. At the barrier the number plate recognition system will recognise your vehicle registration and allow you entry into the arrivals area. Once in the arrivals area park in the next available lane and then bring your vehicle key into reception for check in. Once checked in, please keep your receipt for your return.
On Return
On your return to the Drop & Go Express office. You will see a bank of return lockers. Your receipt will indicate which bank of lockers to go to. Scan your receipt in and then your key will be released to you from one of our secure lockers. The key label will then indicate to you where your vehicle is stored within our returns area.
In case of delays on exit: The car park offers up to 6 hours free overstay at their discretion.
