From the M1, take Junction 10 onto the A1081 and follow signs to London Luton Airport and Terminal Car Park 1. Priority Parking is clearly signposted on Level 2.

On arrival, state-of-the-art HD cameras will automatically capture a 360° image of your vehicle via the Damage Limitation System (DLS), recording its condition before you travel.

Follow these steps on arrival:

1. Drive up to the entry barrier — HD cameras will capture a 360° image of your vehicle and the barrier will open automatically once your booking is recognised.

2. Park in any available bay, note your bay number, and proceed to the Priority Parking reception.

3. Check in using your QR code, barcode, or vehicle registration at the self-service machine.

4. A label with your booking details will print — attach it to your keys using a key tag and drop your keys in the secure key chute. Keep your return receipt safe.

5. A professional, fully insured driver will move your vehicle to a secure, on-site storage location.

Return Procedure for Official Priority Parking Drop & Go at London Luton Airport

If you're delayed or arriving earlier than planned, text the number on your return receipt to ensure your vehicle is ready.

1. Your vehicle will be returned in advance and rescanned by the HD camera system to confirm its condition.

2. Scan your QR code or barcode on your receipt at the collection locker to retrieve your keys.

3. The system will notify you of your vehicle's return bay for pickup.

If the exit barrier requests payment when exiting within your booked timeframe, press the assistance button at the barrier with your booking reference ready.

Drop your car close to the terminal, check in at the self-service kiosk, and let our professional drivers take care of the rest. Your vehicle is parked securely on-site and never driven on public roads.

Disabled Facilities

Priority Parking is accessible via lift from Level 2 of Terminal Car Park 1, with a direct link bridge to the terminal. Disabled bays are available within the Priority Parking area.

Important Information

Bookings can be cancelled or amended free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. Cancellations or amendments made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable and non-amendable. Please note the booking fee is non-refundable.

A grace period of 2 hours applies on return. Overstays beyond this will be charged at the daily rate of £70.00 per full or part 24-hour period. To avoid overstay charges, create a new booking from your current exit date to your new exit date and have both booking references ready on exit.
