Web booking was straightforward, no issues experienced. Easy to use format of booking form.
Footwell in tear of car had footprints
All good, easy to drop off your vehicle and hand over keys. Great to be given a receipt for the return of your vehicle & someone in attendance to help. Only downside I had was that I never have people in the back of my car. Yet there were footprints in both rear footwells. Also the heating was on maximum & all the seat positioning has changed. Height, racked all the way back. The lumber had been adjusted as well as the height of the seat. I find this strange. If I were to guess someone is either using the vehicle for something or playing a prank. I will use again but will photo the mileage and the interior footwells next time.
