Team helped on arrival as entered the wrong floor to car park, came to floor and took vehicle which was great help. On arrival back in UK calls made and vehicle arrived quickly. Check of vehicle no damage which was great. All in all good service.

Arrival procedure for T2 Meet & Greet at Heathrow Airport
When you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park, please call us at 0208 129 4626 or 07857 366 664.
The postcode is TW61EW.
Follow the signs for Terminal 2 & 3 Short Stay and go through the tunnel. As you exit the tunnel, stay in the right-hand lane for T2 Short Stay. Head to the car park on Level 4 and park in "Row A or B" to be met by a TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.
Return procedure for Heathrow T2 Meet & Greet
On your safe return, we require you to call us twice on 0208 129 4626 or 07857 366 664. Once as soon as you land, and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.
Show the paperwork, check your car and collect your vehicle from our designated point at your terminal.

Please note that the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) includes Heathrow Airport. Vehicles not meeting the ULEZ standards will face a charge for the day of departure & arrival
