Excellent. Even though my car was not ready because I had added an hour to my booking because of a possible flight delay.

All the staff were good, efficient process at departure but had to wait a long time for the bus on return, then took ages to go from t2 to t5 to the base. Got to my car almost exactly one hour after reaching bus stop at t2, feeling I should have gone for meet and greet option even if a bit more expensive. I have used PP before and had good experiences, so maybe this was an exception.

Parking check in and check out fine but on return the bus driver moved off as he saw us running to his stop so thanks for that!

Poor direction signs. Does not appear in listed parking options at LHR in satnav. Can be seen from the road but entrance difficult to find.
