Easy access to parking reception ,great staff at reception giving clear directions to terminal which is just a few minuets walk to North Terminal . No phone call required prior to collecting car and again staff giving clear guidance for exiting the parking area . Will be back again . Thanks .

As expected, perfectly satisfactory.

Arrival was as expected as I had previously used the facility. When we returned the car was covered in tree sap which meant driving home in fading light which became darkness was difficult as the mirrors have no wash and wipe function. Opening the doors meant driver and passenger have spread sap on the interior surfaces. A half day wasted cleaning.
