Arrived on a Saturday afternoon, there were plenty of spaces in the reception car park. I left the keys with reception and was given a card to hand back to them to retrieve the keys upon return. There are toilets on site, especially helpful if you've had a long drive. There was already a minibus waiting and were dropped off at Gatwick North Terminal within 30 minutes of arriving at Cophall. Upon return, I called the number on the card to arrange transport back. They asked for the registration to have the car ready, and was told which Bus Stop to go too - the minibus had arrived within 5 minutes. There was gentleman in a wheelchair and his family waiting at the same time, and I liked that he dealt with getting them boarded first before allowing other passengers on. Back at reception, I handed the card to one of the staff, was given my key and directed to the correct row. I will definitely be using Cophall again.
