Arrival procedure for AMAG Meet and Greet for Gatwick airport

Please call the number provided in your confirmation email to confirm your arrival 15 minutes before arriving at the airport terminal.

Keep an eye out for the driver, who will be wearing a red uniform with the distinctive AMAG logo.

South Terminal: As you enter the terminal, keep in the left lane and follow signs for 'Passenger Drop-Off'. When two lanes become three, stay in the middle and bear right, avoiding the car park. Take the right-hand lane and drive to the end of the tunnel, ensuring you park in the 'Permit Holders Only' bays located after the last pedestrian crossing. This is also your meeting point on your return

North Terminal: As you enter the terminal, bear round to the right taking the right-hand lane following the signs for 'Passenger Drop-Off'. Keep to the right-hand lane and drive to the end, ensuring you park in the bays marked 'Permit Holders Only' outside the Premier Inn. This is also your meeting point on your return.

Return procedure

On your return, once you are through Customs and collected your luggage please call AMAG on the number provided and your car will be returned to the Meeting Point as described above.

Security

Fully secure car park with total perimeter fencing, 24-hour security patrols and only 4 minutes drive to both terminals! The car park is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All vehicles are monitored entering and exiting the site.

Overview

Meet-and-greet eliminates the need for bus transfers and self-parking, and it is perfect for the business traveller, saving up to 30 minutes each way. This service is popular with families who have young children, due to the accessibility to the airport terminal with children, luggage or car seats. This service is safe for drivers, as there is no need to wander around dark, cold car parks at night.

 Gatwick Approved, AMAG is a car park company licensed by Gatwick Airport Limited to operate in designated/approved areas at the airport.

AMAG is Trading Standards approved, having been found to have attained a sufficient standard of customer care and quality of service by West Sussex County Council Trading Standards Service.

Disabled facilities

This car park is perfect for disabled passengers as there are no shuttle buses involved. AMAG can also ensure the driver collects the vehicle directly next to the Special Assistance reception at both the South and North Terminal and can also return the vehicle to the same spot.

Important information

The Gatwick Airport access fee of £10.00 each way (£20.00 per booking) is included in the total price paid. Please note, it is important that the Customer provides the correct vehicle registration during booking or before arriving, to avoid additional charges and to avoid the risk of a penalty charge notice. 

There is a £40.00 supplement for large non-commercial and commercial vehicles, including vans, pick-ups, trucks, and those with a long wheelbase. This is payable to the driver on arrival or by contacting the office in advance.

Electric Vehicle (EV) charging

Electric charging available on site. This can be arranged on your arrival at the airport with the driver or by calling the car park directly before your arrival or 48 hours before your return. This is charged at £25.00 per vehicle.

Please note that vehicles will only be charged once before your return (once the Customer has paid the EV charge of £25.00). We ask all customers to notify the car park by email or by phone if the percentage of the electric battery falls below 10%.

As AMAG has its own fleet of electric vehicles, staff are trained and know how to operate all types of electric vehicles. Please make sure you bring your own Type-2 charging cable, and leave it in the boot of the vehicle.
