Good price but unfortunately we had to wait about 30 minutes for the bus to arrive at stance 7. It was raining and there is no cover at your stance so we used an adjacent one which was pretty crowded

Was OK till we returned. Told car was in line 6 but there are no lines so difficult to find. One member of staff, tall skinny man, shouted at my wife to move while she was at steps with luggage waiting for me to collect keys. Same gent then shouted at me as I tried to find my way out of car park for ‘being in a restricted area’ He then assured he didn’t shout but had a loud voice and in reference to my wife said he didn’t shout at “old” women. This was our first and last time using this car park.

NEVER AGAIN! Absolute chaos from the minute we drove into the car park. Cars parked everywhere, outside parking bays etc. Eventually had to just leave the car in front of another vehicle and head to reception which was equally chaotic. Had to queue outside in the pouring rain, eventually handed keys over and got on the bus. The whole process from driving into the car park, to reaching the terminal, took an hour, meaning I had to pay extra for fasttrack security so I didn't miss my flight. I will honestly never park here again.

We drove up from Liverpool and wanted somewhere secure and close to airport as we were away for a long time. When arrived, car parked in secure unit away from cars that maybe only stay for a week or two. Excellent friendly workers, even at the early hours of the morning, same on return. Car was in perfect condition on return. We’ll use again.
