Instructions on E-Mail mentioned to go towards the Short Stay car park. When I arrived to drop my car of (in a wee bit of a rush to catch my flight), no sign mentioned Short Stay so it took a long time to get to where I needed to go. When I asked staff who were at the gate they weren't sure of what was happening, adding to the stress of catching a flight. I think I would have been quicker parking further away and getting the airport bus.

Very easy & straight forward. Its a ticket on entry NOT a reg recognition. Install ticket on leaving & it will ask / show an outstanding balance. Just press the telephone help button, explain & give them your reg. Once you've pre-paid, pre-booking the car park you would expect a vehicle reg recognition to enter & exit. Edinburgh airport main carpark is NOT like this. When you pay, pre-booking it should be vehicle recognition to keep it simple.
